Habanero peppers from my potted habanero tree and a rose hip from my rose bush. (Fruit left over from roses after the petals fall off).
Rose hips are extremely high in Vitamin C and are great for the skin. They also have anti-inflammatory properties. Safe for kids and not so bad tasting. Kinda like a cranberry/cherry.
Just cut em in half, scrape out the funky stuff in the middle ;) and eat, or dehydrate for tea.
