Cold Buster Raw Almond Milk


Raw almonds (soaked for 12 hours then sprouted), dates, cinnamon, raw coconut butter, alkaline water, and a pinch of turmeric, garam masala and cayenne pepper. 

Very delicious, pleasantly sweet, with the side benefit of the anti-inflammatory and mucus busting properties of turmeric and cayenne. 

The garam masala also contains cloves, which are anti-microbial/anti-viral.

Will have you saying cold what? Flu who? lol


  1. Do you put everything in a blender? When you say "sprouted" regarding the almonds, how long do you allow them to sprout before you use them?

  2. Yes, I put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. I soak the almonds as mentioned, then let them sit for half a day. Technically, the longer you let them sit the more they will sprout/expand, but I normally don't wait that long. If you leave them out for longer just make sure to rinse them twice a day and note that they must be raw, unpasteurized almonds, not always easy to find.
