Calendula tea and flowers (also known as pot marigold)

The flowers are so pretty. Love this herb for its many benefits. Antiviral, antibacterial, can be used topically as well for slow healing wounds, varicose veins, internal ulcers as well as external skin ulcers, skin infections, treats burns. Great for depression and inflammation.

Steep a small handful of dried flowers for 10 minutes. The longer you steep it, the more bitter it gets.

If you're allergic to ragweed you'll want to be mindful, it's from the same family. I'm allergic to ragweed and chamomile (<also from the same family) but don't have an issue with this herb. Thankfully because a medium size bag of these flowers cost almost $20 lol. You can usually find it cheaper at your local health food store.
